Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Sales Enablement to lead
the development and execution of sales programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy
aligned with go-to-market priorities
Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs to enhance sales team
effectiveness
Drive performance accountability by establishing success metrics
and tracking rep effectiveness
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or
a sales leadership role
Strong conceptual knowledge of the technology industry, including
AI/ML workloads and cloud infrastructure
Proven track record of enabling high-performing sales teams in a
SaaS/Subscription environment
Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and enablement
best practices
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, Outreach, or
similar
