Key Responsibilities
Proactively develop new approaches, ideas, and services for
clients
Oversee brand and communications direction in collaboration with
account and creative leads
Mentor junior team members and track campaign success
Required Qualifications
7+ years of total business experience
5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or communications agency
experience
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or
communications
Experience in developing successful pharmaceutical marketing
strategies
Demonstrated leadership in a collaborative environment
