This role is crucial for accelerating our market presence and achieving sales goals within the financial technology sector by pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with potential clients. The successful candidate will be a keen relationship builder with a proven track record in sales, equipped to drive business growth and contribute significantly towards our innovation-driven ethos. Identify potential clients and develop strong strategic relationships within the financial services industry. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, including negotiation and signing of contracts. Work closely with product teams to deliver client feedback and help shape future product offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in the market. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote our fintech solutions. Strong sales and negotiation skills Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in fintech or financial services Ability to understand and communicate technical product features effectively Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar is preferred
