Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer outreach through direct messages
and social media comments on various platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, including
shipping delays and payment issues
Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer
needs and preferences
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
2-3 years of social media community management experience
2-3 years of customer service experience
Background in the beauty or retail industry preferred
Experience with social media management and customer service
software
