We are seeking -a Sales Executive, Discovery Sciences to join Q
- -Solutions, IQVIA's laboratory business -as a remote position.We

research and development.As a Sales Executive, Discovery Sciences,
you will be securing and retaining business through professional,
consultative, proactive sales activities directed at
decision-makers and decision influencers at existing and new
sponsors.What you'll be doing:Actively prospecting and leveraging
potential new business opportunities within specified customer
account(s) including emerging biotech and pharma.Cultivating
strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within
account and developing in-depth knowledge of the customer
organization.Maintaining general knowledge of all IQVIA services
for appropriate cross-sell opportunities.Aggressively pursuing
awareness of competitive activities, positioning and pricing, which
includes specific reasons for awards and non-awards.Analyzing
potential opportunities and developing sales plans for each target
account; ensuring appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to
customer; monitoring actions and results against plans.Coordinating
with contracts and proposals to develop proposal.Collaborating with
operations and functional managers to lead sales presentations and
handling sales follow-ups.Planning and recording all customer sales
activities in the CRM system; preparing sales activity reports for
Sales Management as required.What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's
degree 12 years related experience, including 5 years of relevant
industry (CRO/Pharmaceutical) and/or sales experience required.5
years of drug discovery experience (commercially or
scientifically), large molecule/biotherapeutic experience desired
Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Required.The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this
role:Proven track record at mid-level and high-level
contacts.Excellent Business/Industry awareness and a thorough
understanding of industry trends and impact on the business.Solid
understanding of commercialization and the principles of drug
discovery and development.Excellent analytical skills in assessing

role, when annualized, is $133,000.00 - $226,200.00. The actual
base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including
job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education,
and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or
other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range
