Director Broker Sales & Support Within the National Medicare Sale Channel, this team supports 70% of all Medicare sales platforms with our partnerships between external Agencies and Vendors. Yo u will be involved in supporting our sales growth with technical solutions while managing sales support responsibilities to ensure success in day to day operations. You will partner with teams across Anthem to evaluate sales support strategies, define support engagement opportunities, and create solutions leveraging the latest technologies. How will you make an impact: Manages the technical changes and processes for the growing number of vendors and EMO partners. Supports technology updates for year over year readiness for multiple partners and vendors (13). Evaluates opportunities with existing submission processes to address areas for improvement in support successful application submission. Collaborates with leadership to support and nurture growth with vendors and EMO agencies to manage their clients and book of business. Partners with leaders to determine technical opportunities for growth strategy and alignment across the sales EMO/FMO sales channels and with key agency partners. Reviews strategy with EMO/FMO leadership to onboard new partner relationships with technical support. Leads technology innovation initiatives and team members by balancing technical feasibility and business objectives. Works with business partners to collaborate to ensure the deployment of solutions that address market needs Manages overall responsibilities for account service managers by providing support and direction for account management duties Provides leadership to sales support team through the coaching, monitoring and directing of day to day activities. Works with technical teams to develop, improve, and launch processes to support electronic enrollment submissions Hires, trains, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS Minimum of 5 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Health/managed care experience required. Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experience: Excellent managerial and leadership skills strongly preferred.
