Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Executive to manage the
post-sale client lifecycle in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary post-sale contact, fostering strong client
partnerships
Lead implementation efforts by defining business needs and
establishing ROI metrics
Analyze client dashboards to ensure usability and monitor model
performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a post-sale client relationship role
Prior experience in the health insurance industry; underwriting
experience is a plus
Proven track record in project/account management
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
