A company is looking for a Senior Customer Insights &
Direct-Response Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth customer research and identify key motivators
behind customer decisions
Develop persuasive direct-response messaging and optimize customer
funnels to enhance conversions
Run A/B testing to validate messaging strategies and communicate
insights across the organization
Required Qualifications
Expertise in customer and market research, including qualitative
methods
Proven experience in direct-response copywriting for
high-converting campaigns
Strong understanding of consumer psychology and buying triggers
Skilled in structuring compelling offers and effective pricing
strategies
Experience with data-driven decision-making and testing
methodologies
