Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate - Potential Studies and
Resource Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects and provide subject matter expertise in data
analytics and modeling methods for demand-side management and
resource planning
Manage project teams, track progress, and ensure deliverables meet
quality standards and client expectations
Develop reports and presentations that communicate findings and
actionable recommendations to clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering,
economics, or quantitative social science
8-10 years of experience in managing research or planning projects
in the energy sector
Experience in demand-side management potential studies and energy
efficiency program planning
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a
consulting environment
Intermediate to advanced experience with data analysis tools and
Microsoft Office applications
