Job Description:
A company is looking for a Ticket Operations Specialist to
manage ticketing support for professional sports clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the setup and configuration of ticketed events within
the enterprise platform
Process special ticket operations requests, including inventory
management and issue resolution
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure event details
are accurate and on schedule
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in ticketing, live events, operations, or
customer support
Administrative experience with ticketing software and a strong
understanding of ticketing concepts
Strong attention to detail and comfort with digital platforms
Passion for sports and creating memorable live event
experiences
Ability to build trust quickly with internal and client teams
