Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and serve as a resource for team
members
Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies related to
customer service and quality
Develop collaborative relationships with team members and internal
partners to identify and recommend solutions for improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associates Degree (or higher) preferred; must obtain within
specified time frame if not held
3 years of experience in healthcare required
2 years of experience in managed care required
People management experience preferred
No specific certification or licensure required
