Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Control Reverification
Specialist who will be responsible for verifying loan documentation
and ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan files to identify documentation for reverification
Utilize vendor systems to complete reverifications and communicate
with external entities
Maintain records and assist in enhancing procedures related to the
reverification process
Required Qualifications
Must be able to work on-site at least one day a week in San Ramon,
CA
Three years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in
Processor, Closer, or Funder roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and
Outlook
Experience with BytePro and ACES is a plus
High degree of integrity and confidentiality required
