Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sprinklr Specialist for a remote,
part-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, deploy, and optimize the Sprinklr platform for the
Social Media team
Customize Sprinklr modules and define workflows, automation rules,
and reporting
Provide training and ongoing technical support to internal teams
and monitor platform performance
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Sprinklr expert with hands-on technical
skills
Experience in customizing and optimizing Sprinklr modules for
business needs
Ability to work with stakeholders to define workflows and reporting
aligned with business goals
Experience with API integrations and enterprise system
connectivity
Sprinklr certification is a bonus
