This is accomplished by helping guests find their inspiration through style, design, quality, and/or price and by building great relationships based on trust. Once this is accomplished we can meet their primary need while offering complementary products and services that complete their living space. Our ideal team member will have humility & respect, speed & simplicity, fanatic discipline, social responsibility, put guests first, be unique, passionate, and innovative.Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answer calls/inquires to engage customers and execute sales proficiency using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model
  • Provide accurate directions to guests for all store locations
  • Answer questions regarding store policies, promotions, and inquiries
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager
  • May open or close a shift on occasion
  • Possess solid communication skills in order to handle most calls independently
  • Able to convey empathy with callers and possess excellent listening and questioning skills
  • Able to write clear notes regarding calls and be able to communicate effectively via phone, face-to-face, and through e-mail
  • Good working knowledge of other departments within the company and be able to work effectively with others to solve unique or difficult customer problems Qualifications Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
