Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Manager at {EMPLOYER-DESC}, you will oversee
the daily operations of our manufacturing facilities. Your role
will focus on ensuring efficient production processes and
maintaining high standards of product quality. You will lead a team
to optimize plant performance, enhance productivity, and ensure
compliance with industry and safety standards. Oversee daily plant
operations and coordinate production schedules to meet customer
demands. Manage and develop a team of supervisors and manufacturing
staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and
accountability. Implement and refine manufacturing processes to
improve quality and reduce cost. Ensure compliance with health and
safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace. Collaborate with
other departments, such as procurement and maintenance, to
streamline operations and address production issues. Prepare and
manage the manufacturing budget, and implement cost-control
measures. Analyze production data and reports to monitor
performance and plan improvements. Manage inventory levels to
ensure that materials and supplies are available as needed. Strong
leadership and people management skills Excellent organizational
and problem-solving skills Ability to manage budgets and control
costs Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
techniques Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics
Familiarity with manufacturing software and ERP systems Medical
