Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations and Contract
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and negotiate client and vendor contracts while managing
the contract lifecycle
Administer the Ironclad CLM system, including workflow
configuration and user support
Review and validate legal invoices, ensuring compliance and
tracking legal spend
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of experience in contract
negotiation or legal operations
Strong understanding of legal terminology and commercial
contracting
Experience with Ironclad or similar CLM systems preferred
Familiarity with eBilling tools and LEDES/UTBMS billing codes
preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with
Power BI is a plus
