Transformation is a senior executive responsible for leading First
American’s enterprise-wide AI transformation agenda. This role
focuses on evolving the company’s core business models and shared
services functions to become more intelligent, agile, and digitally
enabled leveraging AI. This role will champion the disciplined
adoption of AI-driven technologies - including agentic models,
workflow intelligence, and decision augmentation - ensuring that
transformation is executed with rigor, accountability, and
measurable value delivery. This is not a theoretical strategy role;
it is an execution-focused position with influence over change
adoption, cross-functional alignment, and sustainable
modernization. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and execute
a roadmap for value-focused AI deployment across the organization
that delivers meaningful operational and financial impact. Screen
opportunities for AI investments across the company and partner
with executive leadership and business divisions to execute
high-priority initiatives. Collaborate with senior leaders to align
AI initiatives with strategic goals and customer experience
outcomes. Serve as a connective force across Product, Technology,
Operations, and Shared Services to enable collaborative,
enterprise-wide AI transformation. Develop and manage AI program
KPIs to measure business impact and adoption. Partner with HR and
Learning & Development to launch AI upskilling and change
management programs across the organization. Ensure AI strategy
aligns with data governance, compliance, and internal control
standards. Foster a culture of responsible innovation by aligning
AI adoption with organizational values, workforce readiness, and
change resilience. Ideal Candidate Profile 15 years of leadership
experience across enterprise operations, product and technology
integration, business transformation, and continuous improvement;
preferably in title insurance, real estate technology, or financial
services. Strong operational grounding with the ability to
influence across business lines and corporate functions.
Demonstrated expertise in driving adoption of new ways of working
across diverse stakeholder groups. Skilled in transformation
governance, business case development, and performance management.
Success Measures Accelerated delivery and adoption of enterprise
transformation initiatives. Measurable value delivered from
AI-enabled use cases (e.g., cost savings, cycle time reduction,
accuracy gains). Business adoption rate of AI and digital tools
across functions. Percentage of enterprise functions transitioned
to scalable, modern operating models. Satisfaction and alignment
scores from business unit and shared services leaders. Reduction in
transformation waste, delays, and rework across initiatives. Pay
Range: $284,000.00 - $378,600.00 Annually This hiring range is a
reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the
time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may
include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business
requirements and geographic location. Note that the following
