Must-Have: Outpatient experience required Description: Certified
Orthopedic Tech position available. Outpatient experience is
required. This is a 13-week contract, open to travelers and locals.
Ortho Tech will be based in one location but will be expected to
cover another location if call-outs occur. Years of experience
required: 2 years. First-time travelers are accepted. No weekend
requirements. On-call requirements are not applicable. The traveler
will need to float between clinic locations. Locals are accepted.
Pending state licenses are not accepted. The candidate must be
certified through NBCOT. This facility is an outpatient facility.
Charting will be done using EPIC. Staffing and scheduling details
include requirements for floating and a prohibition on refusal to
float between locations, which could result in assignment
termination. The facility requires two supervisory references
covering one year within the last three years during the compliance
process prior to the start. The communication devices needed for
the assignment will be provided by the client at no cost. Modules
are non-billable, with an average of 16 hours spent on them. Time
spent on modules is self-reported, and completion is recorded.
