Specialist to support their employee base and enhance
productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement, deployment, and ongoing management of macOS
devices
Oversee user access management and single sign-on controls
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in IT support, particularly with macOS
Experience using Apple MDM tools such as Kandji, JAMF, or
Moysle
Prior experience with identity and access management tools
Knowledge of security approaches like zero trust and endpoint
management
Experience in network management and deployment
