Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Service Scheduling Coordinator
- Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch field service calls while
logging case or work order notes
Work with engineers and Regional Service Managers to update
calendars and plan onsite visits
Communicate directly with customers to schedule service calls and
improve scheduling efficiency
Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Work Experience: Previous dispatcher and CSR experience preferred
(3+ years)
Good to excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote work
environment
Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office, Teams, Outlook,
SAP, and Salesforce preferred
