Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Strategic Advisor to lead the
delivery of best practice HR strategies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business
objectives and foster a high-performance culture
Oversee HR program execution, measuring success and recommending
improvements
Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements while
advising on industry trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least
2 years in a strategic advisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory
requirements
Experience with HR information systems and data analytics tools
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a
fast-paced environment
