Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and
compliance across multiple regions
Drive global process optimization and automation to streamline
payroll operations
Ensure compliance with global payroll regulations and manage
payroll accounting and reconciliation
Required Qualifications
At least 8+ years of experience managing payroll functions in
multinational organizations
Deep understanding of U.S. payroll regulations and experience in
EMEA and APAC compliance
Proven ability to implement solutions for complex payroll
challenges globally
Experience in building and leading high-performing payroll
teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance with
payroll laws
