Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Product Trainer - Legal.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and train customers on software, creating customized
training programs
Regularly communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met
and maximize software value
Manage customer accounts and provide support for product usage and
technical issues
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in
legal technology or SaaS
Experience in training and interacting with customers
Interest in learning about new technology and AI-based software
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
