HR Operations SpecialistWe are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to streamline HR processes, improve content governance, and ensure the effective use of HR technologies such as Workday and ServiceNow. This role is key in driving operational excellence and will work closely with HR leadership, SMEs, and tech teams to implement strategic improvements and transformations.   • Optimize HR workflows, including HRIS system flows, audit controls, and compliance measures

  • Track and report on operational KPIs and SLAs to ensure the highest service deliveryRequirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or HRIS management (Workday, ServiceNow)
    • Proven track record in managing HR content and process transformations
    • Strong analytical skills and experience in process optimizationNice-to-Have Experience:
      • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or workflow automation
