• Safely operate light warehouse equipment
• Lift up to 50-75lbs easily and safely
• Able to be on your feet for your full shift
• Work in a physically demanding, fast paced environment
• Follow strict safety instructions given by supervisor at all times
• Reach, crouch stand, and lift for long periods of time
• Unload and load trucks and sort packages by zip code
