Every day you will pick, replenish and deliver with a smile, on time every time, no matter what. The purpose of the replenishment operator is to provide and replenish stock 'on the floor' for daily pick operations. Utilizing a combination of MHE specifically high reach truck and order picker.Client Qualifications for Role:Current forklift operator license - stand up and order pickerDemonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detailDemonstrated prior success in a warehouse/DC replenishment roleWorking knowledge of WMS and RF Scanner.Must have the ability to lift, carry, push, pull 35+ lbsDirect warehouse associate tasks to ensure operations run smoothly.Lead by example and be willing to mentor less experienced workersPrepare the sortation plan ahead of the nightly sortBluecrew Warehouse Roles May Include:Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship itemsSafely relocating, organizing, or repacking product items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weightOperating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible mannerReaching, crouching, bending over, and other physical activitiesWorking on your feet at a quick pace for the entirety of the shiftComfortable in a an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other equipment in the warehouseOther duties as assigned by supervisorBenefits of Working with Bluecrew (W2 status!)Hiring Immediately!
