Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Team Senior Manager responsible
for ensuring employee well-being and leading the Care Team.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and organize care provision for all employees, building a
comprehensive care network
Oversee and develop Care Team members, ensuring tailored care
across different segments
Establish regular engagement rhythms and manage resources for staff
well-being and support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field
preferred
Minimum of 10 years of ministry experience, with familiarity in
missions preferred
Participation in a monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE)
Understanding and adherence to the organization's Statement of
Faith
Commitment to upholding the organization's vision and mission
