Position Summary
Accounts Receivable Chargeback Associate will be responsible for helping to investigate credit card disputes, responding timely to financial institutions, processing refunds to the account holder, and tracking all status changes in the dispute process.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Download high volume of chargeback notifications from 4 credit card portals on a daily basis
• Log all chargebacks on a spreadsheet & update as necessary as more information becomes available
• Thoroughly researching the transactions in various systems & pull all related backup to put together a response
• Draft professional letters indicating details of the transaction(s) & making our case for why the chargeback should be reversed
• Reaching out to store managers, customer service, etc. to notify when chargebacks are received & if any action needs to be taken to resolve the dispute with the customer
• Submit all complete documentation electronically to the required merchant
  
  Qualifications
  
  Education/Experience
  
  High School Diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable with chargeback responsibilities. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  
  Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience including experience with a large ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or SAP. Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  
  Position Hiring Range
  
  The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.
  
  $19.85 - $25.75
  
  Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive a team bonus based on meeting specific monthly goals and KPI's. Bonus amounts are based on the level of achievement and the total hours worked during the bonus eligible month.
