*OVERVIEW:*


Working in the frontline role of *Data Entry/Customer Service*, you will have the opportunity to provide solutions to construction professionals that will ensure their attachment solutions are structurally sound and save labor for the installer. This is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of unique industry and to work on high-visibility projects. Our target industries include Hospitals, Biotech, Microelectronic, Military/Government, and large-scale General Commercial construction. This position will be responsible for daily Customer Service to our internal branches as well as contractor's offices and job sites.


*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:*


* Handle daily customer phone orders

* Sales Order Entry

* Prioritize Customer Orders

* Production Support and Coordination


*POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:*


* Strong Customer Service Background.

* Heavy data entry experience.

* At least 2 years data entry experience.

* Professional and clean appearance, organized and punctual.

* Strong work ethic.

* Basic computer skills, Word & Excel.

* Industry familiarity is a plus.

* At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.

* Friendly personality.

* Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Bilingual/Spanish a plus.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
