Job Description Providence Specialty Medical Group in Santa
Monica, California, is seeking a dedicated Urologic Oncologist to
join their collegial and collaborative team. This role is ideal for
a mid to senior academic Urologic Oncologist with experience in
training urology residents and oncology fellows, leading clinical
trials, and guiding translational research. Opportunities include
investigator-initiated outcomes research and translational
collaboration with highly regarded scientists at SJCI and
affiliates in Portland and Seattle. This position offers a unique

Fellowship-trained urologic oncologist BC/BE in Urology 80%
outpatient and 20% inpatient (50% clinical and 50% administrative)
Weekly schedule: clinic 2 days & OR 2 days, 1 day research/admin
20-40 patients per day in clinic In-office procedures: cystoscopy,
bladder biopsy, prostate biopsy, cystoscopy stent removal No ER
call but group call 7 providers in the group including APPs
Compensation is between $412,150 and $631,513 per year The posted
salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may
include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and
performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and
other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In
addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other
benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that
this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is
subject to variation due to the factors noted above. Where You’ll
