Job Description:
Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range
of medical dermatologic conditions Perform cosmetic dermatology
procedures, including: Laser and light-based treatments
Radiofrequency devices Microneedling and energy-based skin
rejuvenation treatments HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and other
advanced aesthetic treatments Perform in-office medical procedures
such as biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy Create individualized
treatment plans aligned with patient goals Educate patients on
skincare, treatment options, and post-procedure care Document all
patient encounters accurately and efficiently Collaborate closely
with the dermatologist and clinical team Qualifications: Certified
Physician Assistant (PA-C) Active California PA license Minimum of
3 years dermatology PA experience required (medical and cosmetic)
Experience with lasers, energy-based devices, and aesthetic
treatments required Strong clinical skills, judgment, and attention
to detail Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Professional, polished, and patient-centered demeanor What We
