Job Description Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is an on-site contract role for an Occupational Therapy Assistant located in Orange County, CA. The Occupational Therapy Assistant will work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to assist patients in improving their ability to perform daily activities. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, documenting patient progress, and supporting program development to enhance overall care plans for patients. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Demonstrated experience in Patient Care and Home Care settings Ability to assist in Program Development to meet patient and organizational goals Strong interpersonal and communication skills Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential Understanding of safety procedures and best practices in a healthcare environment Relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is preferred
