Job Description:
Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession:
Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum
of 2 years required; 3 years preferred with experience in surgical
procedures. License: Valid state license must be in hand; no
temporary licenses accepted. Certifications: ACLS preferred, BCLS
required. Must-Have: Willingness to be on-call and float between
facilities within the state. Description: Seeking an Operating Room
Registered Nurse to provide care in the surgical unit. Shifts will
be 12 hours with variable days, requiring coverage from Sunday to
Saturday. The schedule includes a combination of day and evening
shifts, with the possibility of on-call responsibilities. Must be
able to meet weekend and holiday scheduling requirements as needed.
Candidates should have experience with surgical procedures outlined
in the unit description. The position requires participation in a
call rotation, including weekends and holidays. Orientation and
training will be provided prior to the start of the assignment.
Reference checks will be conducted prior to the start of
employment. Performance of duties will include collaboration with
staff and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates must be
prepared to fulfill the demands of the position, including floating
to different facilities if needed.
