We are looking for CNA's, HHA's, DSP's, Residential Aide's or Support Staff in our Home base facility with up to 6 Ambulatory residents.Are you looking for a Stress Free Home Base Environment with a rewarding and fulfilling career? If that's you, Apply TODAY!EXPERIENCE: (Brain Trauma experience preferred)(It is not required to be a nurse, we will train you and equip you with the tools needed to perform your duties)Minimum of 6 months experience (preferred), must pass health screening/TB test & Live Scan clearance; must be age 18+ and legal to work in the U.S; MUST read & write English.Our residents will be ALL ambulatory and will need assistants with activities of daily living, meals, appointments and implementation of client needs and services as stated in the client's IPP.Under the direction of the Facility Administrator, House Manager, or designee, the position provides direct care and supervision to adults with brain trauma and other related health concerns.

• Support adults with diagnosis (brain trauma, dementia etc...)
• Provide support in communication, problem solving, personal hygiene, etc.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Support individuals with medical visits, and recreational activities.
• Promote independence and individual growth.
• Maintain clean, safe and home-like environment.MUST have positive attitude, desire to help others, dependable, punctual, efficient and a TEAM PLAYER! We will be looking for a Lead person for our facility!
