Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in Chronic
Care Management
Experience working with external partners, such as Pharmacy Benefit
Managers
Strong leadership skills with a history of driving revenue
growth
Experience in financial analysis and understanding gross margin
drivers
Ability to work in ambiguous environments with minimal
supervision
