Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, promoting a
collaborative product culture
Establish frameworks for product management processes and ensure
alignment with business goals
Drive the end-to-end product development process and serve as the
key liaison between the product team and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product management
At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
preferred
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset
