Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement -
NAM.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of enablement partners supporting sales teams in the
US, Canada, and Latam, including recruiting and mentoring
Set global strategy for stakeholder engagement and define roles
within GTM enablement for efficient execution
Build relationships with senior executives to align enablement
efforts with business needs and demonstrate ROI
Required Qualifications:
More than 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement
Over 3 years of people management experience in Sales or
Enablement
Preferred background in sales or sales leadership
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing
priorities
Proven ability to coach and develop team members for performance
improvement
