Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee
financial operations and manage a team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team responsible for processing transactions and oversee
full-cycle accounting
Calculate revenue allocations between multiple entities and ensure
compliance with internal controls
Support financial audits and collaborate with the CFO for reporting
and analysis
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounting Manager
Understanding of tax implications for C Corp and LLC entities
Experience with sales and use taxes and related research
Solid accounting expertise for day-to-day functions
Strong systems proficiency and ability to learn new systems
quickly
