You will be driven to deliver on sales targets and other nominated key performance indicators (KPI's), to maximize EBITDA for COG and partners; develop capability across all functions via leadership and development; and ensuring long term business growth in accordance with the company vision, core values and established policies and procedures.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in a vertical apparel, consumer goods or lifestyle product industries
  • Proven record of developing and delivering Brand integrity
  • Proven planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer experience, and provision of such across multiple regions
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • eCommerce experience ideally within retail arena considered an advantage
  • A strong track record of results, setting & executing strategy and running large volumesTHE BENEFITS:
