Do Provide technical support on major programs and interface with
Lead Mechanical Engineers and Chief Engineers to support design
objectives. Lead small project teams through design development and
will be expected to ensure that the established procedures are
followed in the creation of technical data packages while meeting
all program design objectives. Work from requirements to develop
unit design concepts and perform design trades. Responsible for
developing technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems.
Complete detailed layouts and design documentation using Computer
Aided Design tools. Provide support to suppliers who are
fabricating the unit components and assemblies. Qualifications You
Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree or a minimum of 5 years’
prior relevant experience, to include any combination of the
following: · Experience with ANSI drawing standards. · Experience
with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances). · Experience
with electronic packaging Qualifications We Prefer Proficiency in
RF principles, RF circuit card design, RF materials, manufacturing
and producibility. Design experience in high-frequency
environments, enclosure design, EMI shielding, and thermal
management. Proficiency with CREO (Pro/E) or similar 3D solid
modeling software. Exposure to manufacturing processes for CCAs,
metal housings, and brazements; or experience in a manufacturing
and assembly support role. Strong technical background with high
technical aptitude. Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or
Aerospace Engineering. Prior experience in Defense or Aerospace
Antenna Mechanical Design Experience Possess active security

remote. The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when

experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
