Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to lead
social media advertising efforts on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute social media advertising campaigns across
platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Develop high-performing ad creatives through creative leadership
and performance-driven strategy
Report to the Digital Ads Manager and contribute to the team's
growth and immediate impact
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience with social media advertising,
particularly on Meta platforms
Proven ability to drive performance through creative testing and
iteration
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and best practices for
social platforms
Experience managing the end-to-end creative process
Full professional proficiency in English
