Job Description:

• Works closely with guests when contacting them on all points listed above
• This team, in the process of working the points listed above, will routinely find it necessary to assist guests in using funds that may be available to them. This may include Warranty funds, which must be used on other merchandise, to Store Credit generated from an RMA, which could otherwise be disposed without our assistance.
• Ability to work weekends and most holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  Qualifications
  
  Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous retail experience in a direct guest interactive environment required; "Big Box" experience preferred, Light Bookkeeping experience, Strong math skills.
  
  Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs including Word & Excel.
  
  Position Hiring Range
  
  The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.
  
  $16.70 - $21.70
  
  Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive a team bonus based on meeting specific monthly goals and KPI's. Bonus amounts are based on the level of achievement and the total hours worked during the bonus eligible month.
