We also believe in our team members taking ownership of their performance and how that contributes to the overall success of their role.Position SummaryWill manage how products are displayed and described on the Living Spaces website. This will include interfacing with the purchasing, studio, copywriting, and web development teams. Their main goal will be to ensure all customers have the information they need to make a purchase online while embodying our brand voice. Project management and communication skills are very important as this individual will lead initiatives across multiple departments. While previous experience in the furniture industry is not a requirement, a desire to learn about the industry and its products is important.Position DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain the product details on the website. Work with the purchasing team and vendors to ensure we have all the product information our customers are looking for
  • Answer customer questions via the website Product Q&A feature. Answering questions requires quite a bit of research and creative problem solving
  • Coordinate web images with some editing in Photoshop. This includes tagging and managing their placement on corresponding product pages
  • Manage our special-order details on the web. Includes creating documentation and keeping all information up to date
  • Provide support for miscellaneous web projects including data management for Google Ad-words initiatives
  • Create status dashboards/emails to help manage initiatives across multiple dashboards
  • General site merchandising projects to better communicate the unique personality of our productsQualificationsEducation/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year marketing, business administration, English, communications, or interior design. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office including Excel.
