Position Summary The Programmatic Media Manager will be a key contributor to the digital media program within our Media & Analytics Team. The role requires a data-driven mindset, and focus on KPI improvement, in order to reach performance and awareness goals across display, native + video tactics. Will contribute to all steps of media buying - from planning to optimization to reporting.Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Map out & implement media campaigns within display, native + video tactics
  • Manage creative asset development, oversee investment, monitor metrics and optimize results, striving for continuous innovation
  • Monitor performance for potential issues, or areas of inefficiency, and develop an action plan
  • Identify and track primary KPIs & data trends, translate findings into actionable insights or recommendations
  • Explore, test and execute new initiatives with a focus on measurement
  • Work closely with Analytics Team to attain deeper insights + attribution
  • Collaborate with wider Media Team to share findings and develop ideas for future initiatives, taking an integrated approach to overall media strategyQualifications
    Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university in business, finance, mathematics or related field. 2-3 years of experience in digital media or performance marketing. E-commerce or omni-channel experience is preferred. Proficient experience with media planning, implementation, analysis, content optimization and A/B testing, with the ability to implement optimization at scale. Media buying experience across display, native + video planforms, and ad serving tool, particularly DSPs, or DV360. Thorough understanding of audience marketing & segmentation. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

    Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint to assist with reporting and presentations. Experience navigating and interpreting web analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
