We're looking for an Office Assistant to help keep our office organized and running smoothly. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who likes being involved in all aspects of the office, from administrative tasks to maintenance work.Responsibilities: Make and receive phone calls. Answer and relay messages using a computer database. Perform regular administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. Compile and distribute office memos and newsletters. Use electronic communications to network with outside groups. Make travel arrangements for senior staff members. Clear and maintain reception area; handle visitors and telephone calls.
