Position Summary
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with
corporate department leaders to develop and execute HR strategies
focused on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and
employee engagement. In partnership with HR leadership, develops
the relevant HR strategies and plan to align with the business
objectives.
Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other
duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (B. A. or B. S.) or
equivalent from four-year college in Business, Human Resources,
Psychology, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in
Human Resources Partner or Generalist role. Strong HR functional
expertise; working knowledge on employment law matters, employment
legislation, and compliance management. Prior experience in big box
multi-unit retail environment is a plus. Equivalent combination of
education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual
must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel,
Outlook, and PowerPoint. HRIS experience is required. Working
knowledge in Workday is a plus.
